Enjoy this guilt-free orange cake, delightfully sweetened with Steviana. It’s soft, zesty, and ideal for anyone avoiding sugar or watching their intake.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Steviana sweetener sachets
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 145 g fine rice flour
  • 11 g baking powder

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix the eggs, vinegar, Steviana, vanilla, orange zest, orange juice, and melted butter until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, add the rice flour. Pour in the blended mixture, then add the baking powder. Stir until the batter is creamy and well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan dusted with rice flour.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes or until golden and firm.
  5. Serve warm with tea or coffee—and enjoy the sweetness without the sugar.
