Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g coconut
- 2 sachets Steviana sweetener
- 1 tablespoon pistachio butter
- 1 teaspoon butter
Methods:
1. Melt the dark chocolate with the Steviana sweetener in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent burning.
2. Pour the chocolate onto a clean surface or large plate and stir briefly (chilling or tempering) to give it the crunch we love.
3. Pour half of the melted chocolate into a silicone mold and spread it evenly around the sides. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes until it sets.
4. In a medium skillet, toast the coconut with the butter over low heat until golden.
5. In a bowl, combine the toasted coconut with the pistachio butter.
6. Pour the mixture over the solidified chocolate in the mold and smooth the surface. Then, pour the remaining melted chocolate over it.
7. Place the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes or until it sets.

How to make pistachio butter at home:
Ingredients:
2 cups pistachios
2 tablespoons stevia
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Method:
1. Roast the pistachios in the oven at medium heat for 10 minutes until they turn a light golden color.
2. Grind the pistachios in a food processor at high speed.
3. Gradually add the coconut oil while continuing to grind.
4. Add the Steviana sweetener and continue grinding until the mixture is smooth and creamy (this takes about 10 minutes).
5. Pour into a clean glass container and store it. Use as needed.
