Chocolate Coating:
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 sachet Steviana
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil

- Prepare the chocolate shells:
Melt the dark chocolate with Steviana and coconut oil using a double boiler. Spoon a thin layer into silicone molds and brush it up the sides to coat evenly. Freeze for 10 minutes, until set.
- Make the filling:

- Assemble:
